There's a moment where the words simply don't register and she almost wants to claim it's a failing of her English. But no. It's that what Tony is trying to tell her is just unimaginable, overwhelming, terrifying. Half the universe. Not just a country or a planet. Not even a galaxy. Half of all life that ever was. That could mean her. That could mean Steve or Thor or Vision. The more the implications reach her, the harder it is for Wanda to breathe.

And Tony has memories of living it and now he's here. The conflict of twelve people on an airport tarmac suddenly seems like such a pointless divide.
