His smile isn't a smile. It's more like how mammals bare they're teeth when they feel threatened and humans misinterpret it. It's ghastly and yet Wanda still doesn't think she can comprehend it. A darkly curious part of her wants to reach out and look into his thoughts and see what Tony's seen except that she's sworn never to use her powers like that again. Definitely not on Tony.
He'll probably never let her come near him with a red touch ever again.
